League Vision, Aims and Values

The Asian Football League believes that everyone has a right to engage in football at all levels be it as a Spectator, Coach, Referee or Player. We strongly believe that social integration will aid in bringing all the communities of this country together under the banner of competitive sport, by breaking down preconceived ideas and stereotypical misconceptions about Asians.

To this end, we aim to;

  • Be the voice of Asian Football in order to promote the game both internally within communities, and externally with mainstream footballing organisations.

  • We will continue to provide opportunities to participate in football by providing a safe, disciplined and integrated environment where only the desire to developing skills in the game are a prerequisite.

  • We will provide opportunities for our members to move from playing to having qualifications as referees and coaches

Our Values;

Honesty

We are open, trust-worthy and transparent

We always put the organisation first We say what we mean

Positivity

We remain positive in the face of adversity

We ensure that we promote the best things in our organisation We believe that together, great things are possible

Opportunity

We make ourselves available for interviews

Take on challenging propositions We promote our players when opportunities arise
